March on Washington 1963

It is 1963 and you are a 21 year-old African-American male. You and your friends can not get a job or acceptance into an institution of higher learning, simply because you are Black. One of your friends shows you this flyer.

ATTENTION:
How would you like to help change history?
Join in the fight for Civil Rights by participating in the March on Washington, DC.
Date: August 28, 1963
Purpose: Jobs, Justice, and Peace
Cost: 15.00 for round trip bus fare
The buses will leave the Atlanta Greyhound Bus Station on August 27 @5:15 p.m.
We will return on August 29 @ 8:00 p.m.

Tell me if you would go to Washington and what do you expect from this trip.
